This is cold-pressed, single-source Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested and milled in October 2025 at a family-owned estate in southern Spain. The oil comes from early-harvest fruit, pressed immediately to capture freshness, vibrancy, and character.

This Arbequina is naturally smooth and beautifully balanced—our most versatile everyday olive oil. You’ll notice fresh green and herbal aromas with a gentle lift of spice, followed by buttery, nutty notes and subtle hints of tropical fruit. Bright grassy flavors of artichoke, olive leaf, and mint carry through to a clean, peppery finish. Higher polyphenols than typical Arbequinas give it both depth of flavor and nutritional integrity.
